"Omega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% ."

"All in all we are quite satisfied. <br /> Commendable is that they performed the repeat treatment without question under the 1 year warranty at no extra cost to us. (We live near a flood channel by a hill side with plenty of fruit trees in the neighborhood to entice various critters.). <br /> As of now the infestation problem appears to be solved. Considering that the issue needed to be addressed twice within a year, the cost that appeared a bit high at first, was actually very reasonable. In other words, they certainly gave us our money's worth. <br /> Note that some of their technicians are more thorough than others. We really appreciate that this is a lousy job having to crawl around under the house and in the attic, and the rodents had actually chewed through an outside wall by the foundation and another wall in the laundry room behind the water heater. Anyways, one technician completely missed these entry points, whereas the next one who came back when we still heard noises, immediately found and sealed the holes. <br /> This said, the work they did was well done, they built and placed wire frames into the crawl space entries under the foundation and sealed along the roof line, used cement patching for the walls, even fixed a gap in the laundry room door. <br /> The technicians were professional, explained issues, and generally showed up on time. <br /> The only issue, which took our rating down a bit, was the completely unprofessional front office customer service. Appointments were messed up, messages apparently not relayed, and worst of all, when we left messages requested a callback, 9 out of 10 times NEVER had a call back. Two technicians who showed up one day made the trip in vain, because we had left a message the previous day canceling and asking for a call to reschedule. Another time the scheduled technician did not show up at all.  If we didn't know better, we'd think Already a Better Choice doesn't really care to generate business. <br /> So once they figure a way to get their reception/customer service in order, they can really be among the top businesses in Pest Control around the LA area. <br /> We would use them again, but find a way to make arrangements with a technician directly instead of calling the office number. <br />"

"CalledCritter Busters/ Dave, he was out here on very short notice that morning, it was an emergency situation, a squirrel had fallen down our stove vent and there was no way out but through our kitchen and no way we could get him out on our own, that just had bad idea written all over it. We wanted the lil guy caught as safe for all as possible and released out back where the whole family lived not hauled off somewhere. The lil guy was so not happy and stressing trapped there so getting him out fast was important to us. When I spoke to Dave he said he could get here soon and would call when he was on his way, and that he did. He showed up ready to put covers over his shoes so not to dirty our carpets! Although not necessary, the thoughtfulness was appreciated. It took about an hour and Dave probably went through plan A, B, C, D and E, the squirrel just kept making it more difficult for Dave by going back up into the hood, each time we thought he had him, but finally Dave cornered him, scooped him up and out back he went. Dave was gentle, prompt, informative and thoughtful. Very professional and the charge was amazing compared to all the estimates we had been getting prior to finding Dave, infact we didnt even ask what it was going to cost we just had Dave come out. We cant say enough about how pleased in every aspect we were. We'll call Critter Busters again if the need arises and MOST CERTAINLY recommend Critter Busters to all! <br />"

"Unfortunately, we waited too long before calling a pest control company so the first spray didn't take care of all the ants but Seaview came back out and sprayed again and did not charge us. We were also happy that the spray did no ruin the hardwood floors, which they assured us it wouldn't. I would hire them again."
