It took me about 90 days since the day I mistakenly broke the top part of the storm door screen in area to find someone but it was worth the wait. I recommend his services. He is also an electrician by trade and has done apartment and home maintenance for 5 years and can do carpentry as well. Out of everyone the site recommended he was the most polite and helpful person when communicating about my project. "Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."
