Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. "IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do.
