"I booked a deep clean for my Viking BBQ after confirming they had experience and would thoroughly clean/inspect the grill. Technician arrived on time but only dry-brushed corrosion for about an hour and left the inside still covered in brown dust. He couldn?t identify parts that needed replacing and the company refused to share part names, only pushing to sell replacements. He told Julia I expected sparkling. What they called a ?deep clean? was nowhere near what I requested especially because it wasn't clean. Seems like non-toxic cleaners could have been used. Felt like a bait-and-switch. "The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

"⭐ 1 Star – Unsafe, Unlicensed, and Untrustworthy Contractor I hired Fernando Soto / 360FSC Inc. for an ADU and home extension in Millbrae, and it has been one of the most stressful and costly experiences I’ve ever gone through. From the start, Soto relied on unlicensed workers for critical trades. Electrical work was unsafe and failed inspection — indoor panels were installed outside, wires were left unsecured, and essential safety breakers were missing. Plumbing was just as bad: instead of replacing the pipes as I requested on day one, his crew tied old cast iron, clay, and PVC together, even forcing larger pipes into smaller ones. This caused sewage leaks and backups. Independent inspections later confirmed major issues: Flooring – failed inspection and needs to be completely redone. Foundation – the new extension has already sunk by about 3.5 inches, creating serious structural risks. On top of that, the project stalled for months after May 19th, billing was vague, and Soto even threatened to rip out work I had already paid for. He hides behind a P.O. Box in Belmont instead of a real address, which says a lot about accountability. This contractor cuts corners, uses unlicensed trades, and leaves unsafe work behind. Do not make the mistake I did — avoid Fernando Soto and 360FSC Inc. One more red flag: a glowing “review” on this page was written by Rachel G — who is actually tied to his business. That tells you everything about how much weight to give positive reviews here."

"Ben and his team completed work on my condo and I could not be more pleased with the results. I tasked them with a two bathroom remodels, kitchen sink replacement, and the creation of new sliding doors between my office and the master bedroom. Ben, Marcus, and Pete were prompt, professional, and very considerate of my time and space. Of note is Ben's candor when it came to design ideas, and expense. He advised that several of my ideas weren't worth the money, and suggested more cost effective alternatives, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely hire Ben and his team again for future work."

"Very good! They were fast and super good about fixing up any loose ends and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Our only minor complaint is sometimes the communication was lacking between project managers and the crew. We had a couple miscommunications along the way but it was a big project so we understand that’s bound to happen."
