"John and his team were excellent throughout both projects. We needed a new roof since it was over 20+ years old and the exterior house paint was over 12 years old and needed a lot of carpentry work. We also wanted a fan installed in our attic. Our chimney also needed trim work done. Our expectations were exceeded. John unlike other contractors at first meeting went up to our roof and inspected what was going on. We found out that we had 3 layers of shingles on our house as well as no flashing. The roof looks fantastic and fan installation went great. The painting of our house was meticulously finished. And to compare to our last painter who took only 1 day to paint an entire house, John’s team took over 3 whole days to complete priming, painting, caulking and carpentry work. I will hire him again and highly recommend."

I told him the work was for a rental property and same day pay was not possible. He got very angry & said in that case he didn't want the job, or rather, "Good luck, lady!" And, when we mentioned it, had a likely solution to the occasional water leaks from the chimney in the attic that had stymied several contractors. He spent about an hour for $79. "I had stainless steel chimney liners put in two properties I own, and one of them also needed to have the chimney rebuilt from the roof up. One of the liners in particular was very difficult because there were 2 gas boilers and 2 gas hot water heaters exhausting up the chimney, with low head height in the basement and a small flue. They had to custom make connectors to get everything to fit, but they ended up getting it done! I found pricing to be reasonable, I received another quote as well and went with Metrowest because they seemed very knowledgeable and the pricing was competitive."
