It required replacement of several rotted wood pieces around the porch window frame that had to be fabricated on site and fit into the framing of the porch in a way that maintained its aesthetic. Tom advised replacement of the wooden porch door with an aluminum one because the wood was too badly warped rather than trying to repair it. The tile floor installation was done in 2 days just ahead of the outdoor temperature turning colder. Great work all around. He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important.
