I have never dealt with such professionalism. I have been totally blown away by day 1. He committed to me that he would get the work done for us, although when they came to do the job my builder had just made a huge mess of EVERYTHING (that is an understatement, to say the least). Anyone else would have walked away from us, but not Jim! He said he told us he would do the job and that he job. Far and above! He SAVED us from the HUGE mess our terrible builder had made, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Even cleaned up everyone else's mess. Despite all the extra hours and days it took them! He was great at communication, letting me know what they were doing and when. Always on time, always courtious, and his employees are the most professional men I've ever worked work--again, blown away! He installed countertops throughout our house and did a waterfall in our kitchen. I have been having such a terrible time with our builder, I haven't once walked into our house and loved it or been happy--until TODAY, thanks to Jim and my beautiful countertops. He finally gave me something to be proud of and love. If you can't tell, Jim has been SUCH a joy and the bright spot that we needed in our build process. Without him and his help, I don't even know where I would be. Truly wish he could finish our entire house!"
