"Comfort Systems came out for routine a/c maintenance and noticed the (aged) furnace had holes in it and was leaking carbon monoxide. They worked with us to recommend a replacement furnace that was a quality product within a price range we were comfortable with. They were very open minded....no pressure. They actually gave us 5 estimates and configurations to choose from, including an option to remove and install a newsw A/C unit at the same time. After installing the new heater, heatercoil and dicts, the gave me the afternoon to paint the wall vents in a color to match my decor, and came back the next day to install those, finish the A/C maintenance (at no charge) and arrange for the city inspector. they are great. highly recommended whether for a service call, routine maintenance or a new system (heat or air) installation! <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Origianally a co-worker recommended Pipe Dreams for a plumbing job at my mothers home. I was pleased with the work that was performed and intended to have them do some work at my home. In the mean time my sister and her husband were needing some plumbing work done at their home, so I recommended Pipe Dreams to them. I searched and quot;gas line installation in Wichitaand quot; online and Albert's co. was connected to this site. everyone commented very positively on that website. I called Albert and told him that I dug the trench, I had the gas co. switch out the meter. all I needed was a natural gas line installed from the generator to the meter, pull a permit from the city, then follow through with the inspection. he charged me only for the work he did exactly as I had asked. he didn't try to sell me any warranties or charge me for moving a couple of shovels full of clay in order to complete the job. his estimate was right on the money. <br /> <br /> His rates are extremely reasonable considering what is being charged for plumbing work in Wichita. I don't believe anybody could touch Albert's price. he returned all my phone calls in a timely manner, he knew exactly what to do, he was very punctual at the work site. Albert Adams is the man to call if you need any plumbing work done in Wichita. Oh, by the way, he gets a very high rating on personality, also. that's important to me, to be treated with respect and be able to converse in an intelligent manner."
