"The staff were very prompt in responding. We walked through each area and discussed issues. The carpets had never been professionally cleaned and we wasn't sure they could be brought back. WOW...They did a fantastic job. There were a few stains which didn't come out - but the guys told me that ahead of time - that's what rugs are for - right?!. I am so impressed. Some of the stains we weren't sure were able to be removed were gone. They were very easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again. The cost of the service was more than what we first discussed. The original estimate over the phone was close, except didn't include a protective coating. Due to the amazing job, I had the extra work completed."

"The team of 2 cleaning technicians came to do the job about 10 minutes after I received a call telling me they were on their way.  They arrived well within the window the appointment was set up for.  As I was planning to have this done more often during the year as I have multiple dogs that can soil our carpet pretty bad, I decided to go with their annual plan where they will come out a total of 4 times during a 1 year period.  This saves me about 30% of the total cost.  The technicians were chatty with me, and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet.  In fact, I think it turned out better than I had expected.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"They did a good job with cleaning our carpets. I am disappointed though with poor customer service. Right after I let them in my home, one of the guys took a good look at the areas that needed to be cleaned. Then he started enumerating the things they can’t do like move this couch, or the stairs won’t be so cleaned and will look “just like that after etc. How about tell me what they can do and what they are goid at?! He saw my two dogs at the back and insinuated right away that there might be something underneath the carpet “that may come out” if I don’t tell him. I know that this is a trick that companies would us to make you purchase extra services. I told him that my dogs are well trained and they do their business in our yard. After that he didn’t talk to me anymore. I handed my credit card payment to the other guy and I am so relieved after they left. Very poor customer service. I have duct cleaning with them scheduled next week that I a can’t wait to cancel!"

She is very friendly and professional. She loves to chat and the frequency of her communication is a huge plus! She was also willing to accomodate my cleaning needs and budget . "They are my usual and I use them all the time. They are good. Their usual service is 2 rooms for $99 and additional for each step they do. We have multiple pets and they get the carpets looking really clean and the nap is back and smells clean. There are some stains they can't get out but they are the best at getting out the stains versus the other carpet cleaning companies I've used."

"Cleaning was fine. There was a 40 percent discount which is why we used Coit. We needed installation of drapery hardware and remounting valances (after a remodeling project). This was written on the work order. The people who brought the drapes back after cleaning didn't know how to install the drapery rods or valance so another appointment was made for the appropriate person to do the install. He did a very good job. But afterwards we were told that we owed an additional $70 due to the charges of this installer. We spoke with the manager and she said that the install charges shouldn't have been discounted with the 40 percent discount and so the work order was written wrong. We paid the additional charge but feel the company should have honored the price we were given and written on the work order. The manager's attitude wasn't apologetic about this and just wanted the money. She commented that she couldn't force us to pay but we did anyway. For the amount of money we spent on duct cleaning and drapery cleaning, I think the company should have just let it go."
