"Exceptional!!! Rich came out and assessed all 3 appliances! The freezer was fixed in less than 10 seconds, the dryer needed a part ordered, and the oven is toast (which I assumed but needed documentation for a home warranty on it). The dryer part came in a few days later and the dryer was fixed quickly. They are working on providing good documentation for the warranty. And they even told me what part to order for an at-home job on my washing machine. They are helping to restore my faith in service providers. They are definitely trust-worthy and knowledgeable."

"In the end he couldn’t repair the refrig because the compressor was gone and we decided to just buy a new frig ( it was 12 years old). But he tried because he knew we were in a fix with a party happening the next day. And he was very good at explaining how the compressor works and why it probably failed. I was frantic because my refrigerator stopped cooling, everything was melting, and I was afraid of my food getting spoiled. "Woke up in the morning and discovered that our 4 year old KitchenAid french door refrigerator was not working properly and although it was running was not cooling either the regrigerator or freezer. I called the company that had previously done warranty work for us on behalf of KitchenAid and they said they could have someone out in 8 days!!! So I went on Angies List and contacted Morris County Appliance. They said they prioritize refrigeration calls and would get back to me within 30 minutes to schedule something. They had someone out by 1:00 pm and discovered there was a blockage in the condensor, cleaned it out and got it working again. They were very curteious, helpful and professional and we were very pleased. Price for a service call was $95. which I thought was a little high as we were charged $80 for an electrical contractor recently but is was an emergency and they did respond quickly. <br />"
