"Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"Best selection!! I've installed HVAC units in 2 apartments and I couldn't have received better service or price. Marc was always in touch. Never left me hanging without an answer or a call back. When the work started, they were always on time every day, and the work was supper efficient and clean. Even the super of our building was impressed. I would highly recommend Panda HVAC."

"Vinny went way out of his way to go to Montauk to give me an estimate on an air conditioning unit in the downstairs and upstairs. He gave me a great price and kept me informed as to when he was picking up the ductless units and when he was going to install them. He and his son were professional and did a great job."

"Extremely satisfied & pleased with the work performed by Elm. Eric, Rob & Jesse were great on the installation – on time, neat, careful to show us the status as they went through the job. Have already recommended Elm to neighbors who expressed interest. Scott was great on the initial review & estimate & Cathy in the office was extremely helpful as well. Thank you to the whole Elm Team!"
