"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I own a double oven LG gas range. No one in Cordele, Ashburn, Americus or Albany knew how to repair the bottom oven. As I was leaving the Farmers Market late one evening 6 months later, I saw a small road sign Appliances Repair. He can two days later; diagnosed the problem; ordered the replacement parts. Oven works like new. I called him THE APPLIANCE MAGICIAN Vesta Beal-Shephard 229 699 0515"

"Great customer service and quick repair!"

"Oliver is great. He installed (replaced) a downdraft vent for our gas cooktop, a job refused by 3 appliance repair services. I’ll be using Oliver for any other handyman needs in future."

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."

"Fantastic customer service and quality workmanship! Very professional and made sure the job was done right the first time and made sure I was satisfied with the services! I called one of the bigger names in the area and did not receive a call back but was contacted immediately by Quality Heating & Air after putting in a request through HomeAdvisor.com. Will definitely be my first call should I need anything in the future!"
