Get matched with top drywall installers in Warren, ME

"The owner, Banyon, did a terrific job scraping off our peeling textured ceiling, then mudded and painted it. It looks perfect! He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company."

"Very happy with Capital Drywall. And communicates well, schedules, the work effectively, and he and his team do excellent work. I’m so glad I found them. They did all the drywall finish work, priming, and applied ceiling paint for our new construction in law apartment. Not only did they save this DIYer a boatload of time and energy, but their results are far superior to anything I could have done. Be sure to hire Capital Drywall for all your drywall needs. You won’t be sorry. Worth every penny. Photo show progress on second skim coat."

"EXCELLENT CONTRACTOR. My project was drywall installation during a bathroom remodel. I chose Golden Rule after reading the reviews and obtaining an estimate. The price matched the budget I had set for this part of the project. The work was performed during four visits over four days (drying periods are required for drywall). Michael showed up on time each day. He was very polite and very helpful with explanation of drywall techniques and also offered advice on other household repairs I might need. The final product was perfect and ready for painting. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to use Golden Rule for any future projects."

I graduated from Maine Maritime Academy and currently do have a day job but am looking for some side jobs for extra money. I built an addition on my house and found that I have quite a bit of talent in all areas of a house. I’ve installed my own heat pumps in my home, I’ve poured slabs, did all of the plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, flooring, trimming, doors etc. I learned a great deal and would like to put that knowledge to use.

"He did a great job. The work was professionally-done and it was quick."

"If you want a roofing contractor you can trust, call LMC. They deliver quality work without the hassle."

"Art was able to quickly come to my condo to look at the job. Right away he made sure to take a lot of measurements and notes. His quote was the most reasonable one I received. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly, and Art was communicative and responsive throughout, even on weekends. The work looks beautiful but I can't speak to the quality just yet because I haven't started painting etc, but I do not anticipate there being any issues. He was also able to complete extra drywalling on the fly that I found in the middle of the project, for a reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend and will be using his services in the future if needed."

"Robert came out and was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained the mold was small and not an issue. He discovered what we thought to be chipmunks that nested in our attic. He explained it was not harmful, but if it was his home, he would remove insulation and clean thoroughly. That's what we did. We scheduled a date for his team to come back, and they were very thorough! They worked all day up there which was a warm day and cleaned every corner. I did not see any droppings whatsoever. Professional, hardworking, intelligent folks. Could not be more pleased with their work!"

"We contacted Richard regarding the job, and had a quote back within the week - good quote.  He quickly responded to any questions  we had, and scheduled the work.  They completed the demo in one day, a few days before the cabinets showed up - if I had to do this again, I would hold off on the demolition until the cabinets were in, as it is difficult to live without a kitchen, especially with children.  It took approximately two weeks for the kitchen to be completed, with slight delays due to a damaged cabinet, time for the new countertops to set, appliance delivery, etc.  One hitch developed when the dishwasher was hooked up incorrectly, and water ran into my basement - I called Richard, and once I got through the answering service, he contacted the plumber, and we resolved the problem immediately over the phone, and the plumber was at my house at 8 the next morning ( a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to permanently fix the problem.  At the end of the two weeks, we had a great new kitchen, well installed, and we were thrilled!"
