"Although it was a very large driveway with thicker concrete than normal the crew had no problem placing all the concrete in 1 day. They really worked together as a team and were pleasant to deal with. The 50ft sidewalk from the driveway to the front entrance was sort of S shaped, I asked them to make the curves look graceful. They did. Brad White is easy to work with and I am very satisfied with the work. I would use Mandarino Construction again."

"I hired them to excavate and pour 42" footings and a slab for a new garage. They did a great job and communicated well during the entire process (we did have some weather delays). They also did a great job of keeping the job site clean during the entire process. The cement is square, pitched properly, and looks great! I have already recommended them to friends. I will use them again for future jobs."

"Sean was wonderful and did an excellent job! He was very personable and showed us what he was doing every step of the way. It's amazing how much lint comes out of a dryer vent! The $79 fee is well worth it! It safe guards against fire and decreases the dry time! We highly recommend them!"

"Lee is the best, hands down. I own a rental property in Ferndale and the city requires an inspection of the fireplace every two years. Lee is the only person I have ever used and he is always on time, super friendly, always does a great job cleaning the fireplace and then cleaning up. I've also used him for the random one off repair like patching broken concrete steps and also patching around the foundation of my brick house.
He is fair, has great pricing, does a great job, and is a wonderful guy. Look no further than Lee, trust me!
