"Sent repairmen in a timely manner. Found source of leak and replaced the water supply line to toilet. Later on that evening, I noticed the same wet spot again in basement. Called and they could have sent repairmen back out but it would have been 9:30 pm. I simply shut off water supply to that toilet and set up for someone to come out the following morning. Repairman showed up, bright and early. Said the guys that came out day before should have installed new shut off valve when they replaced water supply line. Fixed the problem with no added charges and everything was as good as new."
