Install was quick site was clean except for the removal of the old water heater. The plumber said that he doesn’t remove the old equipment, they have a guy that does it and he will contact me soon. After 4 days and many phone calls they finally got someone to remove heater. He was from a totally different company. "Had trouble with my Waist Pump that pumps any water we use into the tank in the basement. When it fills up the pump starts up and pumps it into the Sewer. The Pump or Check Valve failed and a mess in the basement. Bill came Friday night but to late to do anything and get parts. He came back Saturday and put in a new Pump check Valve and everything is up and running the way it should be. Next will be our Hot Water Heated and I will call then again for sure."
