"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "I initially got 3-4 estimates from windows companies I found at home shows or through Angie's list.  Morning Star listened to my
concerns, explained the different products and the window replacement process.  They were not the least expensive estimate, but I strongly feel I got an excellent product and a great price.
We spoke about the concerns I had about installation and the current wood rot that was around the windows.  We discussed the color of the trim to best match the home and other existing windows.  We talked about safety (accidentally glass breakage in reference to window height and foot traffic) and lastly we talked about installation.
At the end, the new windows look amazing.  Installation and removal was quick (done in 1 day).  All the wood rot is gone around the windows.  The window drains properly and the new installation doesn't allow for new issues of wood rot to occur.  The color matches brilliantly.  
Melissa (sales Rep for Morning  Star) was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the process.  I was pleasantly
surprise how well these windows look, insulate and make the rooms fully functional (for viewing, keeping weather eliminates out, cleaning).
I would recommend them and will be using them for future projects.

"Our house was built in 1998 and came with Alenco builder grade windows with only a 10 year warranty. Most of them have gone bad since then so buyer beware on that brand. Kyle was great to work with, quick to respond and did great work on the final install. Our house now has clear windows and I am sure they will work out great.

"The whole process went very smooth.  From the first estimate until completion.  JD is very easy to communicate with, and is very professional, and a man of his word.
We have several estimates on replacing our window and doors.  Wood Rot was the highest of the three by a several thousand dollars.  We choose Wood Rot solutions anyway.  And very glad that we did.  His service and workmanship is well worth the extra money.
WE could not be any happier with our windows, and doors.  And would recommend that if you want things done right, I would pay the extra cost and use Wood Rot Solutions.

"It went great! I called on a Monday around noon, and Paul came out that evening to give me a quote on 2 replacement garage doors and 2 new, quieter openers. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me, while still making me aware of the best options available. The price he quoted was by far the most reasonable estimate I received. We scheduled an appointment for Friday morning, and Joe showed up on time this morning and finished the job within 4 hours. He had everything set up for us and showed us how to program the openers, and even helped me reset the opener in my car. Highly recommend this company!"

"Joe Zuver and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing almost all of the windows, and all of the old worn out cedar shake shingles on my father-in-law's house.  This was a large job with over 30 squares of siding, and 6 large Anderson double-hung windows, replacement of  rotted out trim, a layer of foam insulation under the Certainteed Cedar Impressions siding, aluminum wrapping of all the fascia boards, and many other small details.  Joe came to the house several times to make sure his estimates were accurate prior to starting the job.  At no time did Joe ever put any pressure to buy anything or to use his company.  He was courteous, professional, and very accommodating to us and what we wanted to have done.   His crew worked many long days for almost two weeks from morning until almost dark and the job was completed as promised.  All leftover materials and trash were picked up every day, and placed in a dumpster which was hauled away after they finished.  All along the way,  Joe or one of his foremen kept all of us informed as to when the work would begin and what order each step would be completed.  The job was completed in two weeks and my father-in-law could not have been happier with the results.  Joe's final cost was many thousand dollars less than several other company's bids, but I am certain he did a much better job than what we would have gotten from these other companies.  I would have absolutely no hesitation to highly recommend his company to anyone.  If other home remodeling companies performed their work in  the same fashion as Joe Zuver, there would be fewer complaints about them.  Thanks Joe for a job well done."
