After getting quotes from multiple vendors, Hew's Carpet Care responded immediately with an excellent price and recommended we allow him to come out and clean the rug in a bay in our garage to save us money. He was prompt that afternoon and deep cleaned the carpet to pristine condition! He then set up commercial blowers under the carpet and ran them on high all night ro ensure they were dry. He picked up the blowers promptly the next morning, making sure we were pleased with his work. It is great to work with such a professional! "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."
