The Ultimate Garage Floor (UGF) estimate was only slightly higher than the other quotes. We believed they were the most experienced to do the work (300 floors each year). The crew came on time each day and everything was accomplished exactly as discussed during the writing of the estimate. We are extremely pleased with the experience. The finish on the floor makes the garage look like an extension of the house. The install crew was professional and there was no dust from the concrete grinding and no residual material left around after the job was completed in two days with one day in the middle due to drying time. "They did the work,but I am not pleased with the finishing. The cabinets are not working fine, because the floor of the garage wasn’t even. There was like a V shaped long area which was not covered and later they covered that. I was a little bit displeased with the aesthetic of it , but the system changed the look of mine. I want them to be aware of these kind of things because they do this all the time. When everything is new and this 3-4 inches of area is left behind in front of the garage, it doesn’t look nice. They also came back and removed a cabinet because it was obstructing when I took my car out."

"These guys worked their tails off, and I couldn't believe the attention to detail. They do nice high-end finished looking work, a lot of prep goes into them spackle and sanding, but man it's amazing when finished.

We have a townhouse that was a foreclosure, and needed lots of prep work. Three guys worked 8 hours first, day, 11 hours second day, and 4 hours third day to get job done for me on time.

Gerardo is serious about his business and was on the job site everyday, and helped the other 3 workers on the 1st two days. The workers were easy to communicate with, and were very respectful to the house and my family.

Anything that was missed or needing fixed up they were right on it, they even did some items not originally planned for without added costs - they helped me out man! I got a great deal for all that they did for me.
