"Background - We had our traditional fireplace converted to gas. The company we hired to do the work made three 10 by 10 holes in our basement drywall in order to pull the gas line to the fireplace on the floor above. ============================================= King repaired the three holes, and the work was beautifully done! What impressed me most about Oscar, King's CEO, is that he was willing to come to our house to explain the work that needed to be done and provide an estimate. Three other companies provided quotes but over the phone or text and not in person. It is a good thing he did come out!! He discovered that one of the patches required special handling. 1 inch drywall screws for this patch could not be used because the 1 inchers would puncture duct work. In addition to the drywall work, Oscar provided some good suggestions about maintenance items we may want to consider in the future. We will definitely use King again!"

"Service arranged for 10:00 a.m.; at 9:30 I got a call confirming the locksmith would be here and going over what needed to be done. Locksmith arrived at 9:50 and determined the the deadbolt needed adjustment and not replacing to stop the "sticking". He first swapped out the offending door knob, which took 5 minutes! Then he removed the innards of the lock and worked on them in the van. When he replaced the lock on the door, it was very tight, and hard to make the key lock or unlock the mechanism. He then filed the strike plate down a little, and presto -- it was working smoothly and easily! Even with arthritic hands, it's a breeze to set the deadbolt now! Can't say enough nice things about Eastern --- from the initial phone call, to the ease of arranging an appointment, to the locksmith getting the job done! Highly recommend you use them for your next lock problem!"

"<p>This was the best experience with a contractor that I have ever had PERIOD!  </p> <p>The price was in line with 2 other estimates that I received.  I chose Shower Door King because of their reputation and they did not disappoint in any area.</p> <p>They answered my initial call and setup a home visit for an estimate.  They gave me a specific time and showed up a few minutes early.  I LOVE THAT.  The estimate was in a day or so of my call.  Other estimates took from 1 to 2 weeks.  Luckily I had done those others earlier.</p> <p>The estimator was very knowledgeable and discussed all my options.  He measured meticulously wanted to account for the slight slope in my wall.  I wanted to remove the old door myself and he gave me great tips on how to do that properly.</p> <p>He said they would provide the estimate later that day and sure enough it came in email before the end of the work day.</p> <p>The drawings were nice and the price was right.  They even gave me a service related discount due to my former work that I had not even asked for.  Now that's a company you want to do business with.</p> <p>A little under 2 weeks later (as promised) the door had been fabricated and they scheduled the install.  Again they gave me a specific time and arrived a little early again.  The installers were 2 young and very polite men.  They got to work and took their time to get it right.  Their work area was kept clean with drop cloths and vacuum cleaners and the door looks Fabulous.</p> <p>You won't be disappointed if you use Shower Door King.</p> <p><br></p>"
