"Everything went well initially. Countertop looked great. However, when I told the man in charge to remove the remainder off of my deck, he was obviously annoyed. I had told when he was taking it out that I only wanted ONE piece of the countertop left with me and showed him the piece I wanted. He had an obvious attitude and then went out to his truck and made me wait another 30 minutes to return to take it. They left a mess under the countertops (crumbled countertop, etc.) although they did sweep my floor. When I really looked at it afterwards, I notice that they cracked my backsplash and didn't tell me. Also, the plumber was great who came a couple of hours late, however, he told me the countertop crew had thrown away a part I needed to hook my garbage disposal back up so I had to give him $30 to replace it. Atila, the salesman/owner was wonderful during the sale process and very responsive. However, I was expecting a follow up call which didn't happen. The price was good for the work that was done."

"Let me start by saying I am thrilled with my new countertops. Everyone I dealt with at this company was friendly and professional. They have very competitive prices and really stand out by offering a free sink and free installation. The two gentlemen that did my installation were absolutely wonderful. They were meticulousand ensured everything was level and properly supported prior to laying the granite. They laid drop cloths and cleaned behind themselves as they went. I will certainly be recommending this company to anyone looking to purchase granite countertops.

"I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Every time I walk into my new bathroom I smile. After I called, Cemil Yilmaz came out to the house to give me an estimate. He was extremely punctual and was able to give me an approximate estimate on the spot. I decided to come out to the show room to see what the materials would look like for the given estimate. Though it was easy to find tile, granite and a vanity that I liked in the showroom, I ended up ordering some things on my own. What was great about the estimate was that every single thing was itemized so you could see exactly what you are paying for. They were totally flexible with making changes and did a great job getting back to me with calls and emails. The young men that did the bulk of the work were punctual, polite and very skilled. I got four estimates in total and My Kitchen and Bath was by far the lowest.(Just as a side, I got an estimate from Metropolitan Bath and Tile. They were much more expensive but what I really didn't like was that they would not give me the paper estimate. They told me the cost of the job and then I had to take notes to try and remember the details. They said the estimate was proprietary and that I could not take pictures of the tile and granite until I signed a contract!. Also the materials that fell within my budget was in their value line so I wasn't even thrilled with the choices I was given). My Kitchen and Bath will be upfront about everything."

"I needed a new kitchen on a budget.  After I chose the cabinets, I needed granite, so I Googled and went to Angie's List and found Granite Vision.  The guys in the office were great.  They had a lot to choose from.  Even though I chose the "A" level (lowest cost and quality) my new countertops look like a million dollars!  They were easy to work with, very professional, and prompt for their appointment to do the install.  they have a big selection and I could see the entire slab, not just a little piece like some others.  The crew did a fantastic cleanup job too!  I would recommend these folks  highly.

"Time for some home remodeling. Master bathroom.. We went to Home Depot and Lowes to see what their selection of marble and granite was for the large vanity top and we were underwhelmed. So I saw one of their ads come in our mail and it was not too far from our house so we stopped in and wow... what a selection. They have a nice showroom up front.. I am going to guess about
1,800 sf. But what is really impressive is their attached warehouse.... 20,000 sf of finished slabs, marble and granite, in every color you can think of....beautiful stuff. We met Marina Placido and she walked us through the process and then cut us loose to wander the slab warehouse. We found a beautiful piece of White Carrara marble. It is now the most unique piece in our house. The pieces were finished on time and at an affordable price. Architecturestones.com does all the cutting in house and will install the pieces at your home. We will be back when the kitchen project starts in the spring for tile countertops and cabinetry.

They then worked with our contractor to arrange the time to measure for the countertop. They cut the granite and installed the countertop. It looks beautiful and the installation was hassle free. They are good craftspeople."

"Workers arrived exactly on time Monday morning and worked the expected schedule of five days but needed to complete the work on a Saturday due to demolition work taking longer than expected. They rebuilt some rotted framing and completely rebuilt the shower pan moving the drain. The Tile Artisan partners with Modern Glass Designs to provide the estimate of the new glass shower door. We utilized Modern Glass Designs for the new door."

"I'm very happy with the results of our work and I think working with Oscar gave a nice balance of service, price, and quality. His prices were very competitive compared to other quotes. I've shared a bunch of detail here because I found it hard to make sense of reglazing services as I was shopping. Hope the review helps you. The end results of their services were excellent. The tub and tile look brand new, and the old cracks and chips have basically disappeared. Service was somewhere between good and excellent when you put it all together, just communication was a bit bumpy along the way at times. Oscar stuck with it until we had a plan in place, immediately followed up to get repairs done where the initial work on some of the crack repairs needed improvement, and immediately offered a discount for the inconvenience. Here are a few things to keep in mind. 1) Oscar will provide a quote based on pictures you send. If you have a simple job e.g. reglaze a tub or tile that do not have any cracks, I would expect this to go very smoothly. In my case we had some repairs that needed to happen and the text communication / quote was confusing and took some time to get locked down. 2) There's not a lot of hand holding so you need to get yourself comfortable with how the process works and the results you can expect. It was new for me, so that took some faith. 3) People talk about fumes, needing to get out of the house, etc. I was surprised how little odor there was. They use a fan to vent the fumes out a window. 4) On that front, keep in mind that they will need to run a flexible duct to a window that is not in the bathroom. We didn't know that. It's messy and we had to clean up the room where the fan was. 5) The repair work to the cracks in our tile needed to be redone after the first try. It felt to me like the initial work was pretty sloppy, but I don't have experience with this so it may be the nature of the process that you need to do a rough finish, then come in and sand / shape the repair, and touch up the paint. You might just want to ask Oscar. 6) The guys who did the actual work didn't clean up after themselves (and this is why I only rated "professionalism" as "fair"). There was dirt on the floors, tape residue stuck on tile, fixtures, and the floor, and paint overspray on walls, fixtures, and the floor that I had to clean up. No good excuse for that - just recognize you may need to do some heavy cleaning after they leave. 7) It was all done in a day, then Oscar came back the next day to do repairs. Okay, hope that helps someone out there!"
