"It worked out really good. They were very good and had to work with our insurance company. They did a lot of the middle work for us between us and the insurance company and helped with that a lot. "It didn’t go well. They are nice guys, but communication is poor. On any given day, we didn’t know when they were going to show up. Their first attempt (formed concrete) at the repair wasn’t to their liking aesthetically, so they put a layer of brick over it. In the end, it looks ok, but there was a film left on it due to not cleaning the filler off the top of the bricks. It’s about a year later now and the film is still there.
