"I had purchased  a big deal for the service. The guy was very friendly, and he told me that he was doing something extra for me with a big spill spot, but I don't think they were that great, in terms of how clean my carpet was. They came out quick, and they were very accommodating because I needed to have my carpet cleaned before my bedroom set arrived, and they were good with that. There were more charges that were not content. They told me that the big deal was just a basic charge, and it didn't include the cleaning solutions. The toughest areas were the stairways, and that was understandable, but my bedrooms were not that dirty except for that one spot. I don't think my bedroom carpets were cleaned that specifically. There was a bright red spot, and I didn't think they would be able to get it all out. I wasn't impressed with their performance, but their friendliness was good."

"The team of 2 cleaning technicians came to do the job about 10 minutes after I received a call telling me they were on their way.  They arrived well within the window the appointment was set up for.  As I was planning to have this done more often during the year as I have multiple dogs that can soil our carpet pretty bad, I decided to go with their annual plan where they will come out a total of 4 times during a 1 year period.  This saves me about 30% of the total cost.  The technicians were chatty with me, and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet.  In fact, I think it turned out better than I had expected.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"I was really happy with what they did. They didn't use any soap, so I didn't have a smell. The carpets were cleaner than they have ever been. The carpet in our family room was filthy. We basically lived in the family room for two years because I wasn't healthy. A friend who does work for us recommended them. I may have them clean the carpet in my car. I moved the small things and they moved all the other furniture. The carpets were dry within an hour. I was very pleased with what they did. The price was excellent."
