"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Just purchased our home in Stafford, VA and even though we passed the home inspection, we still were told to have our downspouts repair sooner, then later; to keep the water off of a small part of the roof, that could cause warping or rotting. After going on Angi list I was linked to Centeno Roofing, and believe me I was not disappointed. Santos was Professional in his demeanor and very respectful of our needs. Santos had his crew out to our home within hours, and the professionalism that Santos had bored, was even more evident in his crew! they wanted to see what had to be down, and then they tackled the job with enthusiasm and vigor! Work was done neatly John explained everything he was doing and I have hired him to return and do door painting and cabinet door repair. Neighbors and my daughter in law have requested me to provide his number for wall mounting a video screen and various other projects. very impressive knowledgeable and polite young man. Prices are very fair also."

"Jenkins Construction of Lancaster just finished up remodeling our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The country home was almost 40 years old and looked every bit of it. They first had to tear out and replace part of the wallboard in the kitchen that had been damaged by water leakage. Then they had to remove wallpaper in the bathroom. Both of those were time consuming. Things moved along quickly after that. Both rooms were painted and new flooring installed. They also put in a new toilet, kitchen faucet, light fixture, and range hood. They were on time everyday and worked about 8 hours. The guys were very detailed as there was a lot of trim to remove and put back. The whole project was finished in about the time and at about the cost I had been given. Clean up was excellent everyday. Super pleased with their work and would hire them again."

They repaired the rotted areas with Azec or similar material so that rot will not be a problem again. They even painted the repaired areas. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. "The work went very well as you can see by the 5star ratings above. Winter storms in my area were the cause of bringing a large tree down on the back of my house. Mr.Croson and his team worked like a well oiled machine, and in what I feel is a short amount of time, they were able to remove and replace the damaged gutter,siding and deck rails, even cleaned up and removed debris from the tree that I left behind. The repair work that was performed on my deck was done in such a manner of precision and accuracy that I had them continue to replace the entire decking beyond the damaged section. I am also a contractor, although not in the carpentry trade, and as the continued rise of material cost seems unstoppable, I find it difficult to keep my projects at or under budget. Mr. Croson was more than fair to me with his price , he and his team worked effectively and completed the project ahead of schedule even though I added more work after they began."

I went to Angie's list and found United. The driver was on time for both pickup and delivery, absolutely no damage. I'll be using United to bring the car back later this year."
