"They arrived early. That’s usually a good thing. But I had to go out quickly before they arrived. They didn’t call 30 minutes before arriving like they’d promised. So it was hectic off the bat. Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. "I called them and the same day they were able to come by and fix the issue within 2 hours.  We had water all over a section of the basement floor and we couldn't take a shower, run the dishwasher or do laundry without water backing up in the bathroom in the basement.  They worked hard to get the blockage cleared that ended up being due to tree roots.  They snaked some of the piping, removed the toilet where the problem was most and then cleaned up.  We will definitely call them again for any future issues. <br />"

"It was pricey, but there were two people working. They do a nice job. The workers are primarily newcomers to the country, so there is a language barrier. I didn't have the same people each time, so I had to explain each time what I wanted done. When you have the same people, then they know what you want in your house. That was understandable because I am not a regular. I do it periodically, not every week or something, so they plug in whoever they can. You have to schedule way ahead of time to get an appointment, as they are very busy. I am not on the priority list because I am not a regular, but they are on time for work, work hard, and are honest."
