"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.

1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"We are having our roof and gutters replaced currently and have had a great experience so far! From the sales intro w/ Christian, to the crew doing the work, and QA follow-up w/ Alex, all of the steps have gone smoothly and the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful."

"05/14/2014-A lot more is happening.  The current hold up is due to the permits office in Jefferson County, WV.  It is over a flood plain issue, and the county not allowing a repair.  Since my last post, manager Doug Brenner has jumped through many hoops with the county, making many calls and visits to the county permit office and completing their additional requirements.  Champion, at their own expense, hired a surveyor to shoot an elevation to prove the property was not in the floodplain which cost them $1,000.00.  Mr. Brenner has kept us up to date with everything that is going on and we HOPE to bring this to a quick resolution so that we can get our room replaced!

We have yet to see how it will go.  We signed our contract on 09/28/2013. (corrected from 12/28/2013) Jim the salesman was very nice and accomodating.  The manager, Doug, has not followed up regarding when the permit will be ready and they can start.  When we called, several weeks ago, we were told that the permit was still with their engineers.  It is now 3/31/14 and nothing yet.  I am hoping that things happen soon and we can change this review to one that says "Well satisfied, great job on the finished project, Champion.""

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"

"The small team that performed the installation were highly professional. Superb, really. They removed the gutters in the morning and found that some of the wooden fascia board had rotted, so we decided to replace the all fascia board around the house. The team volunteered to buy the fascia board at the local Home Depot, and after this short delay the work resumed. The Gutter Pro manager, Dan, arrived in the early afternoon and assured the quality of the work. Before the installation of these gutters, rain overflowed the gutters around the house, causing all sorts of problems - even exacerbating the threat of basement flooding via our basement walkout. Over the past few weeks, it has rained nearly every day, so we have had ample opportunity to test the effectiveness of the Gutter Dome gutters, and they in fact work perfectly. Gutter Pro has been among the very finest contractors we have employed (and in the past year we have employed several contractors for various jobs around our house), and I would give the firm the highest recommendation. The price was high, but good value for the quality of the product and the installation.

"Hired for much needed roof replacement. Very quick and easy estimate process, and convenient scheduling to boot. The entire job took just one day, and was completed beyond satisfaction. "Mikhael Kohn gave the estimate and tracked the whole complicated process, including calling a plumber to replace the sump pump and providing a referral to a waterproofing company, Value Dry. He was knowledgeable and professional, and quite responsive, arriving as early as 6:30AM to accommodate my need to get to work. As painful and expensive as a flooded basement is, he made it much less traumatic than it could have been. The teams worked quickly and well, taking care not to mess up the house. They moved all the furniture and stored belongings into the center of the basement, elevated furniture to prevent further damage, got rid of 4 inches of standing water throughout an entire large finished and fully furnished basement, dried everything out, ripped out drywall and carpeting. After the waterproofing company finished their work SI Restoration came back and replaced carpet and drywall, painted the entire basement, repaired cabinetry, replaced tile floor in bar area and closet where the new drainage system had entailed destroying tiles, and finally put all furniture back in place and cleaned everything up. The whole process was quite expensive and I didn't comparison shop as I just wanted to get the work done with minimal fuss. I had to do international travel in the midst of all this and felt comfortable having SI come and go using a lockbox on the front door. The only reason I gave them a B for price was that it was very expensive, with additional costs after the waterproofing team ripped out additional drywall, but overall I would say it was worth it to have a reliable, professional and responsive team and supervisor in whom I could have confidence. They billed 50% in advance and 50% on completion of the work.
