"Sarah did an amazing job. I called Rollin Lawn Mower Repair when I could not get my snowblower to start. Sarah told me I was pretty far from her usual service area, but she would talk me through the procedure to unclog the carburetor if I was up for the task. She estimated it would take about 20 minutes and require a wire stay tie, 10mm socket wrench, and some 10W40. Twenty minutes later the snowblower started right up. Thank you Sarah for an outstanding job and great customer service!"

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
