"Luis performed multiple projects including patching and painting damaged drywall, painting base of outdoor deck, placing saddles in a number of doorways, repairing damaged concrete floor and installing wood flooring, and adjusting the closing mechanism on a glass door by adjusting the hinges. "We had siding shingles that had deteriorated along the garage roof. The existing roof was 18 years old and showing lots of streaking and stains. Therefore we decided to have the roof replaced, along with the siding repair. Dave came out and gave us separate estimates for the siding repair and for the roof. Work began one week later. The old roof was removed. The new roof was installed the same day. It looks beautiful. Another crew came out a couple days later and replaced the siding shingles that had deteriorated. Sky Tech was highly professional. They covered the shrubs along the front of the house so that the debris from the roof would not enter the garden. At the end of the day, all was cleaned up.
