"We needed privacy film installed on side lights and transom around our front door. We were looking for a more cost effective alternative than replacing glass. Bob responded quickly and suggested the perfect film for privacy, light transmission and appearance. Mike did an excellent job on the installation. On the appointment day, he called to say he was running ahead of schedule and if it was okay to arrive early. It actually worked out better for me. He worked professionally and answered my questions along the way. The film was perfectly cut for the 15 pieces of glass that made up the lights and transom. It was done so well that it looks like textured glass. We are extremely satisfied especially since it’s the entrance to our home."

"I picked Reliable Home Improvement & Plumbing because my problem had a plumbing element and a more general home construction element.  I found them through a Big Deal they were offering and was impressed with the other reviews.  Ray showed up on time.  He was very pleasant and very professional.  He gave me a complete description of the work he needed to do to fix the problems with my sink, showed me the corroded and broken parts that he removed after doing so, and successfully reattached the pedestal sink to the wall, something that I had never able to do in a satisfactory way myself.  The work took longer than the one hour of service I bought with a Big Deal, but I'm very satisfied with the result.  He prorated the last 30 minutes, which I appreciated.  I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to people with somewhat complicated plumbing issues that go beyond a simple pipe replacement.

Three of the windows were cleaned without incident but one of the workers dropped one of the screens out the window (from the second story). It was damaged but he didn't admit to damage.  I noticed also he kept running in and out of my house.  All screens were cleaned by the other two workers and I noticed damaged parts on the floor in the bathroom where they cleaned the screens and still no one mentioned damage to my screen. Later I could see the screen which was dropped had been damaged by looking up to the windows on the second floor.  It was validated the next week when I hung mini-blinds in that window. 

This is an integrity issue with the workers.
