Since then, I?ve received repeated assurances, flowcharts explaining the process, and promises that someone would follow up?none of which led to progress. When I requested my $6,443 deposit back, I was told my request had been ?escalated.? No one ever followed up. At this point, six months after paying 50% upfront, I have no staircase and no clear path to getting my money back."
