"Over the weekend, we noticed our septic sprinklers had very little pressure and were running 5+ hours every day so we called Fosters Septic Monday morning.  By Monday afternoon, Aaron came to our house.  He was very professional and explained that he would check the system and, if any major repairs needed to be made, he would discuss them with them prior to doing any work.  Come to find out, one of the pipes was originally installed incorrectly when the tank was installed and it caused the pipe to crack.  Aaron installed a new pipe correctly so we wouldn't have this same issue again in the future.  He was very thorough during his inspection and explaining the issue with me.  He also reset our timer for us so sprinklers would go off in the middle of the night instead of the middle of the day like they were.  I'm very happy we called Fosters Septic to repair our system and will be calling them for all our future septic needs. <br />"

John made sure he left the site the same as when he arrived or better. The skirting was replaced and all insulation picked up and removed. I am a very happy customer"

"It went great. They were fully booked when I called on Thursday, and thought they would have to come out on Monday. Bari in the office was so sweet and seemed very genuinely concerned when I told her what was wrong, and told me, if possible, she would squeeze me in today. They were able to, for which I am very grateful. The plumber came out, and cleaned some roots out of the sewer main. I had called another company to do it, and they came out twice, and were unable to find a clog, so the problem just got worse and worse. Everything is working exactly as it should after calling Bob's one time, and it was significantly lower priced than the other place. I am very satisfied as always, and will call again if I have more plumbing issues in the future. They really are the best ever. :)"

"Chad called the afternoon before after I'd left a message earlier that day asking for him to do some work.  He was easy to talk with over the phone, very calm, very friendly.  Immediately I trusted him.  He said he would call the next morning about 8:30, to let us know when he could come and how long he could stay due to another big job he'd already committed to.  He called at 8:30, and said he'd be over about 10.  He actually arrived just after 9:30, and was very focused in attending to all of our needs, always telling us what he thought the problem was, what he would do to fix it, and thereafter making sure we were satisfied with his work.  He had everything necessary to do the work; didn't have to leave to get some part.  Chad Douma and Waterboy's Plumbing will forever be our go-to guy for any plumbing concerns. <br />"

"I placed a request for a clogged pipe in my kitchen. I received a call from a CSR and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Before the serviceman arrived, I was given a call to let me know he was on the way. Brian arrived on time and upon checking to see that what I believed was a blockage deeper in my pipes than just a simple clogged drain, he did in fact confirm that I had a blockage well past the u-bend under my sink... he went right to work and had my pipes cleared out and my drains working freely within 30 minutes... I was VERY happy with his work and professionalism... the price was a little more than I expected but that was my fault for misunderstanding the CSR. I was told that there was a fee for coming out to find the problem and then if work was done it would be more. I thought that meant that the fee for coming out would be included in the price of the services rendered like it has been with other services I have had done after the servicemen came out and given the estimate and then I had them do the work. But, this place is different. The cost of coming out to give an estimate is NOT included in the service costs. I could understand paying that fee if I did NOT have them do the service they were giving me an estimate for. That wasn’t made clear up front and it is the only reason why I can't give a perfect score. Granted, it is a misunderstanding on my part. But, that really should be made clear before hand! The charge for coming out was $89 and then there was a hourly charge of $108 per hour. You pay for the full hour no matter if it takes them 10 minutes or 60 minutes. I will still use them if I ever need plumbing services again."

Tracy House came on time, he explained what he was doing as he was going throughout the process and when there was a missing part, he went out and quickly bought and was able to fix our spout so well that I don't have to worry about the tub spout for a long time. I appreciate all that he has done for us and if anything goes wrong I will be calling Hull and asking for Tracy."
