"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."

"After 2+ years of researching, getting quotes and attempting an in-house repair (which we found was way beyond our capability) we were blessed with A Plus Concrete & Foundation Repair. "Called Greg and he came out a couple of days later and gave me an estimate. I asked if he could finish the job by a certain date as I was going on vacation. Greg said that this would not be a problem. I called Greg and hired him to do the work a couple days later. About a week passed and Greg said he would be starting Friday morning. Friday morning at 8AM the crew was here working diligently. The crew removed an existing paver patio; prepped and formed the patio to my specification; installed the aggregate; then poured 5 yards of concrete in 1 day. My 80-foot driveway is newly paved. They used a bobcat to transfer the concrete from the street to the back of my house. They made 10-15 trips and not a single drop of concrete on my driveway! Greg stopped in Friday late afternoon to check in on the crew and my satisfaction. The crew returned Monday (they were going to work Saturday but we had storms all weekend). The crew fixed the yard where the bobcat tore up the sod. They used a great grade of top soil, seeded and covered with mushroom mulch. What a fantastic job. The crew was friendly, attentive, detail oriented and focused on getting the job done. If you need work done, do not bother calling anybody else."

"Once Emmanuel and I connected (I had sent two unanswered emails) he was prompt and expedient in getting a proposal together. I had 3 contractors look at the job and I chose Emmanuel because he not only took every job but began the next job based on who paid the down payment rather than the size of the job. I was out of town each time he came to work so cannot speak to his promptness when on site but can attest to his cleanliness and quality of work. If there was any criticism or issue it would be that I expect constant open communication during any project with any changes. I expected people to be on site to finish the job one day but my daughter said no one had shown and I didn't get a text to let me know otherwise. Was then told by Emmanuel that he was coming to finish the job but he didn't show nor text again with a reason for a few days. Eventually he returned my texts to explain. A text at the beginning, even from one of his workers or his wife would have relieved my frustration or assumptions of why the project wasn't finished when expected. The other issue was that I stated several times that the grass seed used needed to be matched to what I already have planted. It isn't matched well. Emmanuel said he would do his best but it is two shades different and noticeable. Overall, the project was a success and the most important aspect of the job is that the drain is working!! I am extremely happy that I am no longer having to vacuum my lawn with a shop vac to protect my lawn from road debris of stones, silt, and sludge anymore."
