"Prior to moving into our house about 10 years ago, the previous owners had used Advanced Basement Solutions to have an internal french drain, sump pump and vapor barrier installed. As it had been about 10 years which is the average life of a sump pump, we decided it was time to have things checked out. Called and lady who answered was very polite, she actually got my information so the lifetime warranty could be transferred over to us and then said we could schedule a "Healthy Basement Check" and said what all that entailed. She said she would have to check scheduling and get back to me. I got a call back the next day and scheduled it for the following week and gave me a 2 hour window of when they would be out. On the day of the appointment, Chris showed up promptly and I showed him downstairs, he looked everything over and we worked to run a test on the pump which had no issues. He did recommend a high water sensor which said I could pick up myself and did recommend a dehumidifier as we did have a bit higher humidity. He answered all of our questions and we even walked around outside as he saw a couple spot inside with a little dampness and gave us some tips and things to keep an eye on. Best part is I was educated on how the pump works and what to do in the event of an issue and had peace of mind knowing that when it does go, the first pump replacement was covered so the money I spent for the checkup was worth it"

"Great job on installing French drain system. Hard working crew completed job in one day. They replaced sod instead of reseeding which made completed work look better. Best price for project. Nice bunch of guys. I highly recommend them."

"They installed three underpins to fix a porch foundation."

"Overall great experience. Professional, punctual, great communication, and work. Would definitely recommend giving these guys a call for any foundation or waterproofing needs."

"The guys that came and did the actual work were very nice and did a great job . The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!"

"I had total reliance construction come out and give me an estimate for some water issues around my home, I worked with Zac who was friendly and professional, quick estimate time, and started work on the scheduled date promised. Zac and his team installed french drains around the foundation, waterproofed my house and returned the landscaping to better than before,Overall I am very pleased and couldnâ t be happier with the work and price."

"After 2+ years of researching, getting quotes and attempting an in-house repair (which we found was way beyond our capability) we were blessed with A Plus Concrete & Foundation Repair. Two of our Deacons meet with owner Gary who upon inspection recommended a course of action for our concrete restoration and preservation which some contractors wanted just to replace our concrete for upwards of $48,000.00. After reviewing A Plus's proposal our Deacon Board unanimously voted to hire A Plus Concrete to restore & preserve our conrete entryway, sidewalks and steps. On day one job foreman Joe was one time, professional and reviewed the entire project, the workers were mindful of our Robinson Township Christian School students and busses. I was impressed and please how Joe cordinated the project and lead their team during our concrete restoration project which took 3 1/2 days to complete. We are very pleased with the work A Plus did and for our project it comes with a full two year warranty and support years down the road giving us one less maintenance item off our fairly full plate as we maintain for our church facility. The Deacons at Providence Presbyterian Church would recommend A Plus Concrete & Foundaton Repair to anyone in need of concrete help. Thank you A Plus Concrete & Foundaton Repair for taking care of us, Keith S. - Providence Deacon"

"I hired G&J to rebuild 2 foundations walls after receiving 4 estimates they were the most knowledgeable and the price was very fair job went smoothly and I will be using them again ."

"I had the EverDry waterproofing system installed in and around my house in 2019. After every rain my basement would literally flood. It was frustrating and stressful. After the system was installed my worries ceased. A few weeks ago the pump started making a grinding noise so I called and they came out promptly and replaced it. The new pump is so quiet I thought it wasn’t working but it was! I would like to especially thank Chase P. for coming out on a very cold day to fix my problem. He was very nice and courteous. EverDry is lucky to have him as an employee. I’m a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend EverDry! Jeanne Zimmer"
