Not only did they save me a ton of money (less than half of MY cheapest estimates) but they tailored my payments to fit my budget and got the job done in record time. The roof has already weathered two severe storms including tornado warnings , and hail and wind shear alerts and came out beautifully. 28 gauge duralloy sheets formed by Perfection personnel and installed by Perfection installers. And FAST?!! It only took them 2 days and there's not a screw or nail showing anywhere !! This roof is beautiful and functional and you'd be crazynot to contact Perfection Metal Roofing if you're looking for a quality metal roof. If you're looking for Perfection....you're already here!!"

"Excellent! Shane came over to inspect the roof and a leak above the garage. He was able to detect the source of the leak and it really boiled down to the roof needing to be replaced in the next year or so. We opted to replace the roof, replace one gutter, and install leaf guards on all of the gutters. We were able to get the choice of shingles we wanted. Shane was knowledgeable and responsive. We had one delay because of rain but the roofing crew came out two days later and did the whole roof in one day! Those guys were hard workers and they did a terrific job minimizing the impact on flower beds, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards - I have yet to find a single nail in the grass or flower beds around the house. The gutter crew came out soon after - between rain showers - and completed the gutter work quickly and well. All in all the project went seamlessly and we are very pleased. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."

"Start to finish less than a week. Delivered dumpster and materials on Monday, put up protective netting Monday afternoon, started removing old shingles Tuesday 7:00 am. Finished installing new roof Tuesday afternoon. Installed new gutters and downspouts following Monday, finished Monday afternoon. Very happy with new shingles and gutters so far."
