"Definitely made the right choice with Perfection Metal Roofing. Had five estimates. Some were higher and some were lower. We were sold on their patented method of attaching the metal to the roof. Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "Excellent! Shane came over to inspect the roof and a leak above the garage. He was able to detect the source of the leak and it really boiled down to the roof needing to be replaced in the next year or so. We opted to replace the roof, replace one gutter, and install leaf guards on all of the gutters. We were able to get the choice of shingles we wanted. Shane was knowledgeable and responsive. We had one delay because of rain but the roofing crew came out two days later and did the whole roof in one day! Those guys were hard workers and they did a terrific job minimizing the impact on flower beds, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards - I have yet to find a single nail in the grass or flower beds around the house. The gutter crew came out soon after - between rain showers - and completed the gutter work quickly and well. All in all the project went seamlessly and we are very pleased. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

Finished installing new roof Tuesday afternoon. Installed new gutters and downspouts following Monday, finished Monday afternoon. Very happy with new shingles and gutters so far."
