Only additional cost was for replacement shut-off valves needed due to the type of faucet I had selected and even that was quite reasonable. Great service. I will use this provider for other work I require.

"We had two skylights that were leaking in heavy rain conditions in spite of minor repairs. Gary Brand of G.A. Brand Renovations inspected them, recommended replacement with new units, and gave us a free estimate for the replacement. He identified some modern energy efficient skylights and we contracted to have him do the replacement. He removed the old skylights, rebuilt the roof opening, installed the skylights, installed the flashing and shingles, and sealed everything. No more leaks. He then trimmed out the interior opening, stained the trim to match existing trim, and installed remotely-operated, solar-powered shades. It was a top-notch job.

"We purchased a bank owned home in February and the general contractor was contracted to repair the plumbing and that didn't happen. We had leaks inside the walls, missing fixtures on the shower and bathtub, a leaking disposal on the wrong side of a double sink in the kitchen, and broken and clogged drain lines going from the house to the main sewage line. It was a lot of work. The technician was kind and assured me that he would be able to address all of our concerns with no problems. Having already paid for this work once i was very concerned and watched their work very closely. 
After a long hot day all of the work was completed and i was pleased with the cleanliness and professional courtesy my wife and i were addressed with. "Ron power washed the algae from my house, pergola, and deck. Then he painted the shutters, pergola and deck. He even came back and put a second coat on the deck floor because he thought it looked a bit spotty. He fixed a bit of rotting wood as well. All in all a good job."

"My sink was rusted and had holes in the pipes I had a pan underneath the sink to catch the water. I called T and L pluming I was pretty impressed how fast they came. The young lady was the perfect size to crawl under the small sink area and she got the job finished very quickly. I would reccomend this company the prices were cheaper than the others I called.
