We did a lot of research and had many quotes, but Doug was excellent at looking at all facets of what was the correct approach to repair leaking windows that created wood rot all the way down to the basement. Due to manufacturer delays, it took longer than anticipated to get started, but once they were onsite, all went well. Doug and Shawn were very good at addressing any questions. It’s difficult to find a contractor that you can trust but these guys have been at it a long time and it shows. Nice work AIS. "Had the whole house insulated in 2016. Just found out that there is now mold in the attic. Have had three different contractors come to look at it and ALL have said the reason is because when the insulation was blown into the attic they did not take the time to rake it away from the soffits. Now I'm faced with a major repair bill of $3000 to eliminate the mold. Plus, to make matters worse, my utility bill did not go down very much after having this done. Only thing I can say is that the house is more comfortable. So beware if you use this company and make sure they install the insulation into your attic correctly!"

"The vinyl siding above my two garage doors was coming loose. I attempted to repair it myself and quickly determined that it was beyond my capability. I contacted JDiaz Construction yesterday and texted a couple of photos of the work to be done. I was contacted that evening with a quote and we arranged a time for the work to be completed the next day. Jose arrived early and completed the job quickly. The repair was well done and the cost was fair for the work performed. I am pleased with the work and more so the responsiveness. I would definitely hire them again."
