"Hubert knows his stuff. This is the fourth time we've had an issue with the ice maker. It is a known issue with this Frigidaire model, bad enough that for the first time I keep renewing an extended service agreement. Basically Hubert had to redo the incomplete work of two other repair companies that were sent out previously. Time will tell if Hubert's repair will work, but if not I fault the poor design of Frigidaire then Hubert. I would definitely have no hesitation in calling Hubert back and intend to use him for all our other appliances also."

When I mentioned haul away on our current fridge the owner Mike recommended we troubleshoot our unit and if that didn’t work then recommended to have his tech look at it before purchasing a new one. It ended up being something we could troubleshoot. He could have sold us a fridge rather than listen to us and diagnose in the fixable issue. He was honest and helpful.
