"I received a return phone call from George the same day. He was familiar with our brand of refrigerator and diagnosed the problem immediately. His schedule was booked so it was three days before he could come out but he assured me that the accumulation of ice would not damage the freezer. He arrived on time and had the replacement part with him. He completed the job in about 45 minutes. I find him to be pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable. This is the second time he has serviced an appliance for us and we would definitely call him again."
