"Didn't cancel the first appointment until half hour before he was supposed to be here, due to family emergency. The next time he came with a helper and they did a good job, my sprinklers are working much better. He suggested a couple of changes to the system which I agreed to. He was supposed to come do the work within the next ten days on a day of his convenience since I didn't need to be home. He never came. After a couple of weeks, I called him and left a message. The call was never returned.

He then provided his estimate cost and said if we offered him our business he promised he would make the yards perfect... He did exactly that!
