No issues, no leaks use a local companies shingles, Malarkey roof Manufacturing. Know the company through their quality manager and can say they make great products and ECO- friendly. Then April 2021 we got an unexpected late heavy wet snow. Several branches from those trees broke have and damaged the roof. Who do you think I called? David at Brisco Roofing, of course! "A 40-ft section of gutter on our house was improperly sloped and had rusted through in several spots, so it needed to be replaced. I reached out to five contractors and Kurt provided one of the most reasonable estimates and had great communication throughout the estimate process- taking the time to explain the estimate and the work required for the job. His team came to replace our failing gutter within a week. After the team completed the job, the gutter looked great but there was still standing water in part of the gutter (this isn't a big issue since they are aluminum gutters and are more resistant to rust than steel, but I was worried it would overflow during heavy precipitation events). When I spoke with Kurt about this issue, he immediately responded and his team was back out in a few days to reslope the gutter. The gutter now not only looks great, but is properly sloped and should last for many years to come! It was a breath of fresh air working with a prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable contractor. "I highly recommend the work of father & son team, Don and Brock, to bring our deck back to life. An earlier botched paint job and sinking supports required fixing. The 3-day job included pouring concrete for new supports, fixing water run off issue, replacing old boards, properly prepping and then painting the deck with a high bonding deck stain. Our deck looks like new and they were so great to work with, bending over backwards to make everything right for us. As an added bonus, their pricing was very reasonable. I give them 5 stars!"
