"SKM sent Eric and his work partner Rick to us. They did a great job of tearing off and replacing the old rotted flooring of our front porch while leaving the solid existing railings in place. They also did a fine job of downsizing and re-leveling our old patio making it more manageable for us. This included leveling the ground around the patio so water won't collect and freeze there in the winter. The worksite was clean and all scrap material was bagged and ready to be placed at the curb at the end of each workday. I'd recommend SKM and both Eric and Rick for your handyman jobs of this type. Thanks guys!"

"Built to Last Construction was recommended to my husband and me by his brother. They remodeled my bother-in law's kitchen and built him a beautiful deck, which is featured on their website at https://www.b2lconstruction.com. We hired them to remodel our kitchen. It turned out beautiful. Tom even built pull out drawers for my cupboard panty and added a heat vent along the floor. The extra time and detail they took to get it just right was amazing. I recommended them to a friend who is keeping them busy with projects at her home. My friend recommended them to someone else who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

"Viviano was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. He came for an estimate within 24 hours and provided a detailed written plan with cost breakdown by the end of business the same day. Very competitive pricing. I initially just wanted power wash and staining of my 30-year-old fence. Viviano included repairs to the popped nails, replacing boards and even a fence post. No additional charges along the way. They are very communicative and professional Viviano also showed his heart on the first day he was at my home by bringing up my garbage cans! The workmanship was outstanding customer & service excellent. I highly recommend this company!"
