"After contacting Maytag customer service, they scheduled an appointment with Aperture Appliance on 6/24/2016. While I was impressed with this quick date for service, Charlie called to say that he was currently in the area and could come right over. Within an hour of speaking to Maytag customer service, Charlie with Aperture Appliance was at our house! He quickly diagnosed the problem (a bolt that needed to be screwed in for proper motor function and had not been done at the Maytag factory) and fixed it as well as checking the machine over for any other issues. He talked us through the whole process, answered questions, and was very polite and professional.
