"The product is beautiful and the owner, Jason Green, is great. Installation, however, was rocky due to some unforeseen delays at another site. Jason offered to reschedule, but our old sink was already out and we didn't want to wait longer. To their credit, the installers still came out, even though it was very late. There were a few items that they forgot to give us for the sink, but Jason came out and delivered them. Installation issues were probably just a fluke; I think the installers were rushing at that point. I love my new counters, and I would use Green Granite again. I have 46 sq. feet of granite and I took advantage of his deal. I would have spent more for laminate! <br />"

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"From start to finish, Brent, Mike, and their team did a very professional job. The price was a little on the high side compared to the other bids I got but I don't mind paying extra for quality. Any joker with a truck can put on siding, but the guys that hung this siding were all about attention to detail. You know they are confident in their product because they gave a six year warranty on the installation. I highly recommend these guys. Trustworthy and detail oriented. Hard to find a contractor with these characteristics today."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."
