"Everyone did a great job! A+++++++++++ work provided AJ and Lochman. Would highly recommend for all exterior work."

"The work was excellent, and Alex was very personable. He explained everything he planned to do. He showed up when scheduled, and communicated everything. He also took the time to research what paint/stain would be best, and waited for the best time to apply it. He was quick and efficient, and the job came out perfectly, and exceeded our original expectations. We plan to have him back in the spring to do some house trim repair. If you need a handyman, hire Alex. You won't be disappointed."

"Excellent. Gary and his team found the cause of the noise and were able to fix the split framing by going via the attic versus removing the drywall. The cost of the repair was $350 versus thousands as originally estimated. Gary is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making the customer happy. We hired Reo-Servicepro previously and will continue to hire them in the future. Highly recommend."

"Repair/replace the floors of two toilets and repair part of sitting room ceiling and repair two holes on windowd"

"this was a job to address paint touch-ups and corner posts that had rot at the bottoms on a cedar sided house. efficient, thoughtful, disciplined approach to the proposal. all appointments were kept and punctual. detailed quote provided and all questions answered. was pleased with the time they took for me to understand how and why they quoted the way they did. when the work started, we did a walkthrough and confirmed everything. towards the end, another walkthrough to confirm that they executed the plan to our satisfaction. several small, fair, change orders for some conditions that could not be seen during original quote. on comparison of their proposal quote to others and research on how they wanted to address repairs, it was well supported as the best approach. other's had quoted complete repainting for siding in good condition. they were able to easily color match and focus on repairs to the few areas that needed attention. very happy with the work."

"We just moved to the area 6 months ago. When we moved into our home, we had several home repairs we needed to get done (replacing ceiling fan, repairing hole in the wall, etc). I found Navidâ s Construction and am so glad we did. They were so pleasant and professional to work with. They worked around our schedule and got everything done quickly and very well. Then, when our house was flooded, causing significant damage, we got an estimate from Navid. It was very reasonable and we hired him to do the repairs. We needed new flooring in a bathroom and walls repaired. The work was done flawlessly. Sheila was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service every step of the way. Although I never anticipated needing a construction company when we first moved into our home, I am so grateful we found Navidâ s Construction. I will continue to use him for all of our home repair needs. Hire Navid. You wonâ t regret it."

"He gave me a quote by text and was there the next morning and repaired it . Texted the bill and was ok with our payment schedule. Very cordial also."

"Only company I trust to do high qaulity work at a fair price. I will continue to use them for all house repairs."
