"District Floor Depot offered a large variety of products at reasonable prices. We were very pleased with the repair work done to the existing subfloor, the sanding/staining of the stairs, and the installation of the new engineered hardwood floor. The process was explained in detail and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The installation crew was courteous and professional. All debris was removed, surfaces dusted, and thoroughly vacuumed at the end of the project. The customer support team was friendly, communicative, flexible, and responded quickly to all inquiries."

"Prospect Hardwood Flooring just completed installing 3/4 inch Oak wood floors at my house. The crew had to move heavy furniture, remove the rugs and padding, and remove tack strips. They carefully listened for areas where the subfloor squeaked when stepped on, then screwed those areas to stop the floor from squeaking. The installation from start to finish was flawless from my perspective. All joints are tight. Of particular note is the cove molding. The Miter joints are perfect, and I can't tell where the nails were placed. Cleanup was immaculate too. I've seen the negative reviews here, and I respect the opinions of the people who posted them. Clearly something happened when their jobs were done. When Mike came to my house to give me an estimate, I grilled him on those negative posts. I wanted to hear what he had to say. As one would imagine, there are always two sides to every story. If you are considering hardwood floors, you really need to get an estimate from Mike, and discuss any concerns you have. I'm so glad I did. The floors look amazing."

"We had existing flooring sanded and refinished. Unfinished wood was installed in two additional rooms. All flooring finished the same. Work was done in a timely fashion. Communication was great. Would recommend them in the future."

"Excellent experience with Jason and his crew, specially Puugee. They were very professional but n all aspects and quality of work, they replaced the hardwood in the whole main level with porcelain tiles and radiant heating system underneath. Jason also replaced all the balusters and refinished the stairs, excellent quality as well! Pricing is reasonable, l highly recommend them and they will be my first contact for any flooring project."

"First-rate hardwood floor installation! The entire team with great from beginning to end! Everyone arrived on time and completed work just as promised. Aaron (the owner) is very knowledgeable. I really appreciated his approach to estimating the work, informing me about their process, and listening as he answered all my questions. The young man (didn’t get his name) who delivered the flooring was on time and placed the product neatly in the room in prep for installation. The installers (Christian and Gabriel) were awesome as they expertly completed the work, kept me informed as needed along the way, and kept my home clean throughout the process (i.e., removing old carpet/padding, preparing sub-floor, etc.). I had one existing problem area on the floor that I initially discussed with Aaron and he assured me they could handle it – and they did. Awesome company – get these guys for hardwood floor installation!"

"I contacted Larry after we sustained hardwood floor damage in the kitchen due to a leak from the ice maker.  He installed new hardwood flooring in the damaged area and refinished the entire first floor.  We were very impressed with the end result.  Larry and his staff did an excellent job of matching the stain color to the existing wood trim and the floors looked like new. Larry and his staff were a pleasure to work with.  They were professional and extremely efficient."

"Naulas Hardwood Floor did a marvelous job - worked with our very short timeline and produced exceptional results - beautifully refinished oak flooring, with installed cove molding, all within one week of our contacting them. Would definitely use again/highly recommend."

"I think my experience was that they did a good job in my house and i feel very happy for the professionalism work thank you very much AD FLOORS COMPANY"

"We had a particularly difficult job as the floors were very old and peeling, with additional damage from dogs.  All the flooring in the kitchen and living room had to be torn up and replaced.  There was some difficulty in ordering materials which we believe was due to the vendor not the owner of the floor company, but the owners were able to provide substitute wood which we ended up liking more than the original choice.  The crew of three were all cheerful workers who spent four days ripping out the wood and carefully replacing the new wood.
While the owners (Javier and Marielis) did not come and look at the progress of the job while it was going on, we felt they had enough confidence in their workers that they probably did not need to come over.   And indeed the foreman of the crew was scrupulous about taking care of details which we mentioned as the work was being done.  Several minor difficulties came up due to the age of the original floor but the crew took care of them.
We were very pleased at the final look of our house which now looks refreshed and up to date.  We would recommend Madera to anyone seeking a quality job completed in a reasonable time frame.
