Within a day we began what became my best relationship with a contractor yet.  His team hustles 6 days a week  and never took a short cut.  When he felt I was making a potential mistake with a finish he spoke up, explaining what he thought would help me sell in that particular area.  Seeing this told me he takes his business very personal and he has a unmatched passion for his clients and the properties he renovates. He had his very organized team at the job everyday and we finished within 3 months. Time is money for both of us and 3 months turn time is unprecedented for the amount of work we scheduled.  As a business owner myself I was impressed with the respect his employees give to him and more importantly they gave to me,  the customer.
