I note their interest and will contact them again for any future appliance repair needs. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."
