"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Justin was awesome! Arrived at time he said he would, was professional and friendly. Extremely good at his job. Fixed my oven door just like that. Told me how best to not have same thing happen again. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. He even helped me do a small task because I asked for quick advice on an unrelated problem I had. He actually did it for me. Also in under a minute. Dude was just that good. He’s a wonderful employee and represents his company Elite very well well.
