When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. Once the job was completed Joe return for a final inspection and even went around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up. Joe answered all my questions and was congenial and represented himself well as a professional. I highly recommend Joe to any client or employer."

"My journey began in late Jan. on a whim......I've been in my home for 20 years. My windows had to be 40+ years old. I called 3 different contractors. Once I read the reviews for American Construction I immediately cancelled the other 2 appts. From start to finish, the undivided attention is incomparable. I knew what I didn't want to spend and Greg (sales consultant) was kind in understanding. Also, my only option was a Saturday for installation. The job got put off 3 or 4 times due to weather. Greg stayed in touch consistently. Finally my install took place this weekend 3/3. Dominic & John could not have been more polite, courteous, and friendly. These guys showed up right on time and busted their asses all day. (9 windows) I never even heard them speaking to each other. It was just hustle, hustle!! No breaks, No lunch. Greg & Joe (foreman) showed up later in the afternoon. They hung out till job was complete. They did a walk thru with me. Any little items I may have found...they corrected. They will not leave until you are completely satisfied!! I had noticed some caulking that needed to be done, in addition I noticed my slider not working properly. Dominic stopped what he was doing and addressed that situation and corrected it. Couldn't be more pleased with my new windows or the professional & courteous service. 5 STAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"Not only did Five Star do our siding, they installed stone on our porch and replaced rotten wood. It was hard to find a company to complete all the work we required. They did it all, and our house looks beautiful. After a bunch of companies either could not do all of the work, or just never bothered to get back to us with estimates, working with Five Star was a pleasure. Good communication, great work, fantastic clean up. I highly recommend them."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"It went well. as a matter of fact it was excellent. Me and my husband was riding by and noticed some one having work done so we pulled over and was looking at the work that was being done. We then inquired. the guy was so nice he took our address and like he said he would stop by when he had time to look at our property. He came by spoke to us and took measurements and we made arrangements with him he showed up like he said. we asked for a contract no problem he gave us one we looked over it he signed we signed and he started the work on friday, removed all the cement from our walk way came back on saturday and by sunday i got up to turn off the porch sunday morning and omg, he was out there working laying down the brick sunday afternoon what a wonderful job. me and my husband was so excited! he went over and beyond and exceeded our expectations. thank you again and can't wait to start our next project. i would highly recommend M. "Small amount of storm damage to my roof, siding, and window frames. Understandably the company was swamped with requests and overall they were great about not forgetting to come out as soon as they had time. My damage was small compared to others,so it was no problem to wait while bigger projects were being worked.
I spoke to Hope each time and she was very friendly and responsive to my requests. When they came out for the estimate they discovered some missing shingles off the roof and repaired them. I knew they were good when I asked to check for rotted wood beneath the damage and they came back and said there was no damage. Not all contractors are that honest! The final bill was within $20 of their quote...that also rarely happens with contractors.

When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. Ivan was prompt in scheduling a date for the repairs/cleaning, and he arrived on time. His price was fair, and he did all of the repairs himself, paying close attention to detail and making sure that all of my gutters were in great shape. I will definitely use Ivan again and I will refer him to my friends and family.
