He even found a problem with the flue stack I was not aware of and fixed it at no additional cost. The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times.
